Limiting roles that can be assigned to CAPA statuses

Open status
that needs to have roles limited that can be assigned to perform it and in the
relevant field select from the drop-down list which roles can be assigned
This is an optional function, and this field is empty by
default. One or multiple roles can be assigned from the list of Roles that
exists within the Users and rights section of General Settings. If the role is
missing in the list, it can be created following steps described in the article How
to create a Role and determine Rights?
When these adjustments will be made the list in the Change
CAPA status window will show only users having roles that have been determined
for the following status.
