How to create a Role?

How to edit rights for a certain role?
Roles can be created and edited by those users having Administrator role
within their tenant. Administrator may also make changes to the rights of
certain role.
- Go to
from the home page or from the metro button
menu and click
tab.
- Within the Settings menu select
which will open a table with currently existing Roles and their rights for each module.
- Click on
and input the name. Select which units this role’s rights will imply to.
- New role will appear as the column in the table of Roles and Rights. To define which rights users with such a role will have go through the list of rights and tick boxes that apply in the case of this role.
- Should that be necessary, it is
possible to change the name of the role and change groups of units that this
role’s rights are associated with by clicking on Edit button
- The role may be deleted
if there are no users yet associated with it.
