Upper toolbar navigation shortcuts

Upper toolbar has several shortcuts and
features allowing to navigate within the software as well as access Personal
profile, Support and Knowledge base
- A navigation “metro” button
allows us to quickly access all modules of CONFORMiT software that you have access to
- When clicking on the logo
of your company
you always come back to the home page as well as you may use
button when working in the module
- A shortcut
button allows to proceed quickly to the window for creating a new Event, CAPA or a Task
- Notifications “bell”
button is informing when there’s something new for you: a task assigned, new Event created or a Reminder in case time is running close or past the due date for a certain step in CAPA implementation workflow.
By clicking on any of these reminders, users will be taken to the relevant module for further clarification as well as to prompt users to perform an action in case that is needed from their side
- Information button
provides a shortcut to Knowledge Base where users can consult articles and videos about the software, find answers to their questions and also submit their ideas or tickets for support. Also, this button gives access to Terms and Conditions page and to invitation page for Mobile App that is used to perform Inspections and report Events or observations
- A shortcut to General Settings
is very useful when working within the module for quick access to settings
- When clicking on photo or initials in
the upper right corner of the screen user can access personal profile or use an
option to Sign Out.
Within your profile you may change name and language of CONFORMiT interface (English/French) as well as view your email that was used when creating your user as well as view your Role and rights to understand what you have access to and what you don’t have access to granted by your company’s administrator Related Articles
