In order to add or modify users or list of personnel in CONFORMiT software relevant rights are needed. Usually it’s the task of users having rights of administrators. Refer to your CONFORMiT tenant administrator if you’re unable to create users or add persons in the list of personnle, but need to do this due to your work responsibilities.

  1.         Go to and in the Settings menu within Users and rights section select Users:


·         Clicking on will open a window to create a new user. In the window that opens, fill up name and email of the person, select relevant person from the list of personnel to link them or create one if name of this user is not yet in the list of personnel in the window that will open once pressing on 

       
    

 

It is optional to link a person to the user, as users may exist separately from the list of personnel, since there may be generic users that are user by multiple people or users from third party companies (contractors for example).

  1.      Select options whether you want this user to authenticate with single sign-on (such as Microsoft or Google account) if users log in this way to your company’s work environment.

  1.      Invite user to download and use CONFORMiT Control mobile app – selecting this option will send an email-invitation to this user

  1.         Clicking on will finish user creation and this new name will appear in the list of users. From there it’s possible to deactivate this user when necessary and reactivate again, as well as delete a user accessing details window
