From the home page or from the
“metro” button menu go to

Find the necessary CAPA in the
list, use search bar and filter tools if necessary to facilitate the process of
finding necessary CAPA. Click on CAPA ID number in the very left column
·
In the window that opens click on
in the
upper right corner
History of CAPA page allows to view all transitions of Status that took place:
- Date, time and user name, who performed the status transition
- Name of transition stages and Statuses

Notes made when performing transition and
name of user that it was assigned to

CAPA details as it was created (in the
bottom of the history, scroll down if necessary)
