List of existing CAPAs can be
customized to display almost all the information entered when creating the CAPA
and the order in which information is displayed can be adjusted by any of those
characteristics:
·When needed to add
or remove a column displaying certain characteristic click on ; select or unselect necessary categories
from the list and see them being shown or disappearing from the list.
·To change the
order in which list is arranged, find the category you need in the top bar over
the list and click on , the order of CAPAs in the list
will be changed according to alphabetic order, number, date or Status.
·To get the list
back to the default order when newest CAPA are displayed first click on ID
category.
When looking through the list in order to go to the next page use
navigation bar in the bottom
Number of CAPAs displayed per one page can be 20, 50 or 100
Using the search bar speeds up the search for a certain CAPA if
you know its number or some words from the Summary
Or CAPAs can be also filtered by Units or
Statusname, Owner, Due date, Linked to category and Coworkers.
When certain filter added, select a category
that you’re looking for and your list will be displaying only CAPAs being in
one or few categories that you have selected – a way to exclude those, that you
don’t wish to see in your customized list.
Please note that once a certain filter was added to customize your list of CAPAs, list will stay all the time with this filter within your user (that doesn't change the view of the list for other users), until you delete or deactivate it. Therefore next time you come back to the list of CAPAs it will be still customized by this filter, unless you choose to remove it.
