This page gives access to the workflow with statuses of managing the newly created CAPAs. There are buttons as well as they can be deleted, if necessary, by opening status and clicking on Delete option within the editing window. All statuses, except for the first and final ones can be dragged to change their position in the flow to reflect the needed sequence.
· Once we open the status by clicking on it, a window opens allowing to
1) rename the status (to reflect your company’s standards or real sequence of the workflow that you currently have)
2) change the color of the Status, as it will be reflected in the CAPA list once certain CAPA is marked to be in this stage
3) move or Add transition – Transitions
arrange the change from one Status to the other, allow to skip certain statuses
and also allow to go back to previous statuses, they also allow to move CAPA to
Completed or Rejected stage, if there will be no implementation of the listed
measure. Use transitions to reflect the most efficient workflow that will be
used while implementing corrective and preventive measures.
· In order to add a transition stage,
click on the button in the open status that you’re working on
Choose the status to which transition will be moving the progress of CAPA implementation from the status that you have open. After typing the name of the new transition stage there’s an option to make assigning co-workers possible in case this new Transition requires some actions to be made by certain employees.
Transition stage can be deleted by pressing on which appears within the Transition field when cursor is in it.

time for all CAPAs unless another workflow will be chosen within the CAPA
