Level of compliance is indicated considering current mitigation measures
for the risk that are in place. In case improvement is needed to be compliant with
the task, current risk level may be mentioned as non-compliant or partially
compliant. This section may be also used as a follow-up tool when correcting
issues after an audit or authorities’ inspection.
- Go to
module from the home page or using the metro button
menu. This opens the list of existing risks.
- Select the risk you’re wishing to
mention a law article or evaluate compliance for and click on its ID to open (for
example
). From there in the left side menu go to Legal compliance tab.
- Indicate the law article (if known) and/or select the level of compliance, considering current mitigation measures that are used to tackle this risk (if applicable).
For cases when currently risk is not fully mitigated
according to the requirements of the law, after putting in place additional mitigation
measures described in such regulation, a legal compliance status may be changed
to Compliant or Compliant and approved, as well as recalculation
of Residual risk level needs to be done in Mitigation section,
considering new measures.
