Go to  module from the home page or using the metro button   menu. This opens the list of existing risks.

Select the risk you’re wishing to indicate risk consequences for and click on its ID to open (for example ). From there in the left side menu go to Evaluation – Consequences tab. Select one or several possible Consequences of the risk that’s being analyzed.

               In case of multiple consequences selected, the system will select the one with the highest value for the calculation of the Risk Index. It is possible, nevertheless, to select manually a different one from the list, even if its value is lower.

If the necessary consequence is not in the list, it may be created by users having rights as per their role in the software to edit risk analyses components. This is performed in   within 

To create a new Consequence, click on  type the description and select whether this potential consequence brings the risk to High severity potential category (this may be used for prioritizing risks and mitigating measures for them and will be displayed near the risk ID 

The Severity value needs to be attributed from the drop-down list to the Consequence so that it could be calculated within the formula of initial and residual risk level (this list is being set up within the Risk Matrix tab in the Settings menu).

Consequences in the list may be renamed or deleted    if they haven’t been linked to any of risks that have been analyzed yet.
