Creating a link of Risk Analysis to CAPA

Links will be
both visible within the Risk details mitigation section and within the CAPA’s
details Record links section for quick access between these pages. There may be
multiple corrective measures developed as a result of one risk analysis.
- Within
the
module open the risk that needs to be linked with the corrective measure (for example
and go to
section
tab.
- Click on
in case the corrective measure already exists and select it in the drop-down list in the window that will open:
- Once
selected, it will appear in the Linked CAPA section and can be easily accessed
by clicking on the ID (for example
)
- In case
the CAPA doesn’t yet exist – clicking on
button will open that allows to input description of the mitigation or prevention measure and
which will also add it to the list below
- Within the details of the corrective measure there will be a section mentioning as well that it’s linked to the Risk:
