How to approve the Risk Analysis?

To approve or disapprove the risk analysis user must have such right in the set of rights of at least one or roles assigned to him in Roles and rights section of General Settings.


Withing the  module open the risk in the list that needs to be approved/disapproved by clicking on the risk ID (for example  ).

Go to the  tab in the left side menu and the screen will show current approval status for the risk as well as reminder that it should be approved only if the risk level is acceptable to perform the work and the risk is sufficiently mitigated (look in   section and  ).


By clicking on the edit button   a window for Risk approbation will open, asking for Justification of this approval (mandatory field) and permitting to   the risk.


Approved risk automatically receives a   tag. Approval details appear in the relevant section as well as in the risk History Log.
          

Once the risk has been approved, in order to disapprove it, click on   button in the approval details and type the justification and click on .


Any changes made to the Risk analysis, except for attaching files or input of external links, will automatically disapprove the risk. All such changes are logged in the Risk History.
