Linking existing risk analysis to machine unit

In order to link an existing risk analysis to a
machine unit or location – they need to exist within the machine structure 
. If the equipment unit is not within the structure, then it can be created as described in the article “How to create/edit machine unit”.
In the 
module go to 
tab and find the risk that needs to be linked
to the machine unit. Use the search bar 
or a filter button to facilitate the search.
Open Risk details by clicking on its ID.
Within the Context section select the organizational
unit under which the machine or location exist in the Machine Structure. Same
risk analysis may be linked to multiple organizational units if necessary:
After that is done, the drop down list in
the Machines field within this same Context section will show only those
machine units that exist within selected organization units.
If the risk is linked to multiple machines –
they can be selected in the drop down list and will appear in the Machines
field within Risk analysis as well as in the relevant column within the risk
list:
