To create and edit risks user has to have these rights according to his
Role. These rights may be added if necessary by a user with Administrator role.
Go to module from
the home page or using the metro button menu. This opens the list of
existing risks.
Click on button, which will open the
window with 4 steps to indicate the Unit, Positions and Tasks, Machines and name
the new Risk.
Second step allows to select positions
and tasks that imply this risk (optional step). There may be selected more than
1 position and only 1 task to which this risk is associated.
Use and buttons to navigate in this window of the Risk creation.
If this risk is associated with the
machine that exists under the Unit selected in the first step – select this
machine from the Machine structure tree
In
case there are no machines created under the Unit that was selected, then
machine structure will be empty in this drop-down list.
Select the associated hazard and a
hazardous situation to precise when exactly this risk takes place. To
facilitate the search in the list start typing in the field (functions as a search
bar).
After clicking on this risk will appear in the top
of the list and may be accessed from there to edit or to proceed with
evaluation.
