How to access my LOTO files in case of network outage?

Contingency Plan feature is not available by
default – it is activated after client’s request only. It allows to arrange a
daily backup copying of your procedures to your server. That way LOTO files are
available even if there’s no connection to the CONFORMiT platform via internet.
In 
go to 
section and to 
tab.
By clicking on a new window will open
where it’s possible to send a message to CONFORMiT team expressing interest to
activate this function.
Contingency Plan function may be also connected by contacting directly your Client Success Manager.
Once activated, it is
necessary to imply your company’s IT support to input the export configuration
data in the window that opens once clicking on
Input the information into relevant fields: your hostname, folder, port, export time, etc. and indicate the email for notifications:
Notifications will be going to the email indicated in the window above in case the backup to the host has failed
Select Authentication
method and procedures of which units you wish to store in the folder indicated
above
Click on 
button and an export
configuration will appear in the list.
Procedures for different
machines will be stored by default in different folders within the one
indicated when setting up the export configuration.
