How to add a Position for the list of personnel?

Personnel   positions are being selected from the drop-down list when adding a new person. Personnel members may be added as “involved person” within Event declaration since it is not necessarily that all personnel members are users within Conformit software, therefore they might not be present in the list of Users. 

  1.   To add a new Position, go to  and select Organization and Positions in the Settings menu
  1. By selecting  we open a window to name a new Position

 

  1.  As soon as it’s added to the list, we need to fill up Description within the Position field and select Linked tasks from the drop-down list (position may exist without any tasks linked to it as well as one or multiple tasks may be linked to it
