How to add or delete a person from the list of Personnel?

· From the home page or from the “metro”
button menu go to
· Click on the button above
the list of employees and start filling up the information in a window that
opens: name, birth date, hire date, gender and work email
- Click on if
willing to add more details on this personnel member: position, immediate
supervisor, organizational unit and if this person will also be a user of CONFORMiT
there’s a possibility to link with the user (choosing from the list of existing
users)
- When done – click on Add a person in
the bottom of the window
Note that not all Personnel members are necessarily Users of CONFORMiT software. Personnel list exists to include all employees as they might be involved in Events or incidents reported via the software, not being Users of CONFORMiT if that’s not a part of their occupational activities. - To remove an employee from the list of
Personnel or to deactivate him, find the name you need in the list and click on it
- Click on the button Actions and select
an action: deactivating allows to activate the listing later and deleting removes
completely from the list
