In order to add users or modify users details
in CONFORMiT software relevant rights are needed. Usually it’s the task of
users having rights of administrators. Refer to your CONFORMiT tenant administrator
if you’re unable to create users or add persons in the list of personnle, but
need to do this due to your work responsibilities.
Go to and in the Settings
menu within Users and rights section select Users:
Select a user from the list (use the search
bar to facilitate the search) or use the filter function to filter the list of users by role or Status and click on the person’s name in the list to open
details
By default, all inactive users are excluded from the list - this means Status filter is active by default. To view all users (including those deactivated) - it is necessary to remove this filter.
In the User Details window, it
is possible to change the name, email address, link or remove link to the
person from the list of personnel, add or change roles of the user.
To deactivate the user (this removes
access to the tenant for the user) click on Actions in the upper part of the details
window and in warning window select a person to whom all current works of the
user will be forwarded
Reactivating a user in the system is
possible from the list of users by clicking on Reactivate:
