User will be able to filter the list of Risk Analyses only by those units that he/she has access to. If the rights of the user according to his role apply to all units – then it will be possible to filter the list of all units of the organization.

In the   module go to   and click on the filter button   above the list of risks. This allows to filter the list by categories of Units, Tags, Residual risk, Observer, Location and Compliance status:

Filtering risks by Residual risk index will open a window of selection on the Risk Matrix. Choice can be made by particular risk levels as well as by columns, rows, by all risk indexes or by those Risks that did not have residual risk calculated (  ).

Filtering by units will present a list of organizational units that the user has the right to view (rights granted by the role). It is possible to select multiple units. Typing the name of the unit in the search bar allows to find it quickly.

Viewing the list of risks on a certain stage of their analysis is possible by selecting certain tags describing the stage of analysis. It is possible to select one or multiple tags at the same time.

Compliance status filter allows to prioritize those that are non-compliant with regulations or to estimate the number of risks that are lowered by mitigating measures to an acceptable level.

It is possible to apply several filters at the same time. This allows for example, to view the list of Noncompliant risks in one or few selected units that have the elevated Residual risk level by selecting these criteria in 3 separate filters:

Please note that filter settings persist, until changed or deleted. Therefore, settings remain the same if the user logs out, logs in again or works within another module and later comes back to the Risk list. On the other hand, filter settings influence the view of the Risk list for one user only – they do not change the way other users view the list of Risks.
