Depending on your mobile device’s operating system go to Google Play or App Store and find the application CONFORMiT Intervention. Click on download and install it.   when installed.

     

The page will require a user to type the name of the tenant (can be found in the address line of the web interface  ). Then click Continue and .

    

Next page requires to type the email address that was used when creating access for the user and then password. In case a Single Sign On is activated for the tenant – then click to sign in with SSO (Microsoft in case of example below) without the need to type email and password. It is important that you’re signed in to your work environment on the mobile device so that SSO tool would recognize the user.

          

When signed in – application will show the list of all ongoing and recently closed interventions. New one can be started following steps described in the article “How to start a new intervention?”
