Events-Risk-Associated Risk – when adding a potential consequence, the text under it appears in two columns without any visual distinction in between them, which confuses the user. Suggestion to separate these two columns of the Consequence and Clarification, for example we can make a line in between them or shade the field behind the text to visually divide them.
