Suggestion to change wording "associated level"

In the inspection form we have this box for “Associated levels”, which is not clear to me if I’m a first-time user what does it mean an associated level. Is it who needs to check this specific item related to the question above that we created ?  If that’s the case, then I suggest to simply type “To be verified by” instead of “Associated levels”, that will be much more understandable.
