Suggestion to add search on all risk categories when searching for "possibility" in Risk Analysis

Suggestion to disconnect the type of possibility search from the “Category”. For example “mechanical” and “Physical” categories are often interconnected and it’s hard to differ in between them. “possibility” search should allow to choose possibilities from other subcategories, and maybe provide and red color reminder that it belongs to another risk category, so that user might consider changing it. Otherwise, having chosen “physical” initially I had to go back to inventory and find out which category “Possibility being struck by” belongs to.
