Rename "partial lock out" procedure to "Task Specific Lock Out"
Good morning,
the terminology partial lock out (although I understand the logic of it ) is misleading.
Complete LockOut is clear, total shutdown, isolation and locking of all the energy sources of the entire machine.
Partial LockOut can be misunderstood. From a logic stand point the isolation must be always of all the energies potentially hazardous of an unexpected release, so you always do a "complete LOTO" of the interested energies.
I propose to rename Partial LockOut to something like Task specific Lock Out.
In this way it is clear that from a Complete LockOut procedure I am not considering part of the energies which are not relevant for the specific job, but I am still completely safe . Partial lock out is giving the impression that it is not completely safe.
