Picture coloumn in the CAPA list

Suggest adding an optional field that can be used or removed according to customer’s desire – picture in the CAPA list. When I was a field HSE I always had an action tracker with pictures + auditors always develop action trackers with pictures to describe what they consider necessary to fix on location. So, if we position that our CAPA list could also contain issues from inspections, that option to add pictures is necessary also, otherwise it won’t replace the HSE officer’s action tracker, that he probably has as an Excel sheet with pictures. Pictures in CAPA list allow follow-up on open items, even if the person that input the information initially is not at work or not with the company anymore. As we say in the demo, a picture is worth 1000 words.
