One of the important outcomes of incidents investigation for out clients is surely determining any non-compliance to active province, state or federal requirements. Such non-compliances are quite often discovered during event investigations and company would want to quickly fix such issues to avoid any kind of fines or legal issues. Therefore I suggest to add a separate box in the Fact window when logging the fact in Investigation and also same type of window in 5 Whys section so that investigation team could mark it, and it would automatically require a CAPA, regardless of whether the fact is a root cause or not.
