Settings – Risk Analysis – Risk components: pencil to edit risk components and a waste bin to delete this category appears only after putting the arrow on the category, which confuses users – for example I didn’t know that it’s possible to access values under Hazard or Consequences category through that pencil. Suggestion to make pictures of Edit Pencil and a Delete Waste bin permanently visible when accessing this window.
