Events module - Investigation section.  It is necessary to add a place to list an investigation team, including non-members of the unit, where it happened and including external employees. Incident investigation is often performed by the team, and if it's a multi-employer work site, then this team might comprise workers of different organization. One of them will be the Team leader.  For example Pic below:
