When creating a new user in general settings it is necessary to type up the same information that was already input in the Personnel list. It would be reasonable to allow to type this information once. Since not all personnel members are users, then when creating a user there should be a possibility to access the window of creating a new personnel member directly, so that by filling up the informationf or a user a new personnel member would be created. Or there should be a possibility to choose this new user from personnel list, so that all the information would be pulled up directly from the Personnel info without the need to create a user.

Another solution would be a possibility in Personnel list to tick a box if this member will be a user or not.

Otherwise users have to type this information twice.
