Adding Timeline to investigation of Event

Most of the time during investigations it is important to build a chart or schematic with sequence of events and conditions accompanying those events. For example, TapRoot calls such schematic SnapChart, which is a registered trademark. We can create something similar and call it simply Sequence of Events. It has to have the possibility to log events and conditions that led to the event and what happened directly after it (first aid measured, firefighting measures, spill containment activities, etc.) and also to log times. It could be in a form of a timeline for example with ability to add info into boxes within this timeline.
