  1. Go to  module. This will open the list of energy isolation procedures. Then select  in the right-side menu bar.

 

·        Find the isolating device whose details you wish to edit in the list (use the search bar if necessary). Open details page by clicking on the device Identifier in the first column.

·        In the Isolation section activate the Padlock button that will open the section to select type of isolating mechanism, number of padlocks and additional instructions for this step

                           

  1. From the drop-down list select the Lockout mechanism type, that applies to the device you’re working with

                                

  1. Additional instructions (if applicable) will appear on the Lockout procedure involving current device.
