A person mentioned as responsible is the
contact point on the report that goes to authorities or to company management
after the event has happened. This doesn’t make this person responsible for the
whole process of investigation, although it’s better for such employee to be
familiar with the progress of investigation in order to respond to questions
from authorities or management should they be raised.
- Within
module find in the list event that you need to update and click on ID number (for example
) to open the information (use search field or filter tool to facilitate finding necessary event)
- Go to menu tab New event – Responsible in the left side menu
- Select the user that will be responsible from the drop-down list of users that contains those authorized to view and edit information associated with the unit where happened the event.
- Select responsible person’s position, indicate phone number and select the date of completion of the report on the calendar
