Newly created devices may have return to service disabled in case during
creation of the device it was unselected that this device requires a return to
service instruction. Fields with return to service details appear once a button
that “Device requires return to service instruction” is activated.
- In the
module within
section select the device that you wish to indicate Isolation steps for or find it in the list if you have just created this new device. Use the search bar to facilitate your search
Click on Identifier to open it.
- Within
section activate the button to add return to service steps (if it’s not activated while creating this device). Select the back-to-service position of the device and additional instruction if necessary.

in General Settings for Lockout module by users that have relevant rights
