Where to attach pictures and documents associated with the event?

Event information can be edited or updated by users that have necessary rights for this within their Role in CONFORMiT software. Contact your company’s software administrator to obtain necessary rights if you don’t have access to edit Event information.

1. Within  module find in the list event that you need to update and click on ID number (for example ) to open the information (use search field or filter tool to facilitate finding necessary event)
2.  Under first New event section of the menu go to Documents
   

1. Click on  and select photos, text files, scan copies or other documents from your computer that needs to be attached to the incident report or simply drag and drop in the field for files. Files in this field will be associated with Event as a whole, not with the specific part of investigation. These files may be photos of damaged equipment part, reports of the expertise, pictures of the incident scene, pictures of injured body part, certifications of equipment or periodic equipment testing, medical institution statements, etc.

1. Another place to attach files and pictures is within the window to Add fact. To access this window, go to Investigation section of the menu, and in facts field click on  to add fact
   

1. Within the window there’s also a section to  files, pictures documents, that will be associated with this specific fact, described in the field above.

1. To delete file or a picture, click on the trash bin sign on it, that appears once you put your cursor over it
