links for internal or governmental standards, procedures, laws and regulations,
as well as videos associated with the risk, SharePoint documents, external
websites, equipment manuals, recording of safety trainings, etc. may be added
in the risk Identification section. This provides a quick access to the linked
page to amplify or extend the risk analysis.
- Go to
module from the home page or using the metro button
menu. This opens the list of existing risks.
- Select the risk you’re planning to insert External link for and click on its ID to open (for example
). From there in the left side menu go to Identification – External link
- Click on
to open the window, name the link and insert it. Confirm by clicking
and it will appear in the section for External links
- You may add multiple links if needed. Clicking on
the link will open the web site, shared document, video etc. in a new tab. Link
may be also deleted by clicking on
