Short answer to the question – first day of the next week/month after
frequency has been selected.
- Once Frequency is set up for users with selected
roles in the Planning section, they will be getting notifications in Activity
section of mobile App according to that frequency that corresponds to their
role
One or multiple roles may be assigned to weekly or monthly frequency of performing the inspection via mobile app CONFORMiT Control. Please note that all users with the role selected in Planning section of the Topic form will get this notification in the Activity section on their mobile App.
- First notification will appear the first day of the next week or month (depending on which frequency was selected) and will reoccur with that frequency each first day of the week/month.
- It will not appear immediately to avoid influencing compliance statistics, since new or updated inspection form might be deployed the last day of the selected period and Inspection points might not be checked the same day -- thus resulting into non-conformity to the Inspection schedule.
Only inspection
points that user with relevant role is assigned to will appear in the form for that user. Therefore,
some sections and questions that are not assigned to the user’s role will not
be in the checklist despite being part of the inspection form for this Topic.
