Injuries by body part dashboard uses information input in the Reporting section of the Event menu within Injuries/Illnesses tab. Therefore, to be reflected in this dashboard, injury has to be specified within that section and associated with certain unit.

  1.         Go to module and select in the left side menu – last Dashboard will be the Injuries by body part dashboard. 

                           

This picture shows number of total injuries reported for all organizational units pointing at a certain body part.

  1.         Click on to open the settings window, where you may set up the start and/or end year to view the graph for the period that you need.

                                 

  1.         Option to merge units  is activated by default for this dashboard and when deactivated it changes the picture to the graph with bars reflecting number of cases (vertical axis) per body part. Bar color corresponds to certain unit as described above the graph.

      

  1.          In case not all units fit on one graph – click on the next page above the dashboard to navigate to it

  1.  Filter tool allows to exclude graphs for certain units and view the data for selected units only as described in the article “Filtering dashboards by selected units.” Viewing data for selected units only gives the possibility to compare number of injuries associated with certain units by body part, to look for directions as of where measures of improvements might be necessary.

In order to export figures of the number of injuries by body part for entire organization or for selected units (if you have filter active) in Excels format click on button in the upper right corner of the window. File will be downloaded to your computer and can be viewed as a table with data by each year you selected in settings to have data for
