Planning section of the Inspection form

- Within the Planning section above the form it is

form. Specific planning is done in the end of Inspection Point field. Clicking

will open a window to set up General planning
for certain role:
- Set up the Role (select from the drop-down list) and Inspection
frequency (weekly or monthly). Click on
and this record will appear in the list, pending deployment.
- This will set up the weekly notification in the Activity section of mobile application CONFORMiT Control to inspect all sections of current inspection form on a weekly basis (or monthly if selected) for all users with the selected role (unless this form is limited to certain units).
- Repeat this planning for other user roles if necessary to
inspect this form by more that one role. Once done click on
under the topic name and select whether you wish changes to be applied to future inspections only or to those that have been done already using this form.
- In order to set up the specific planning for certain inspection
points of the form, go into these inspection points and activate the
button, which will add
section for this inspection point specifically, where you may set up frequency of inspecting this item by users of selected roles
- These changes will be reflected in Specific planning section above the form:
- A reminder
means that changes that you see are not pushed yet to the mobile application. Therefore, don’t forget to deploy them
