After completing the last step of the procedure, application will open a page to indicate participants (who were performing the energy isolation), seal number, series of padlocks used, lockout box number – all these fields are optional and may be left blank if not applicable in your situation.


                                                  

  1. After clicking this intervention changes status to Ready to work and appears in green color in the list of interventions for other users to see
