Once you selected to start the lockout procedure,
you’ll be taken from one step to next one according to procedure.
Access to the first step is by clicking on (in case it’s a new intervention) or by (in case it
is the intervention that was prepared in advance)
Steps need to be performed on spot and once
finished confirmed in the application in the bottom of the page
When needed to add a comment click onthat will prompt you to the page where you may click to add a
comment (there may be multiple comments added for the same step of the procedure)
After completing the last step of the procedure,
application will open a page to indicate participants (who were performing the energy
isolation), seal number, series of padlocks used, lockout box number – all these
fields are optional and may be left blank if not applicable in your situation.
After clicking this intervention
changes status to Ready to work and appears in green color in the list of
interventions for other users to see
