Injury source - where to select and add.
Where to indicate injury source?

injuries sources when the event type implies the injury (such as days away from work, restricted work case or
medical treatment case). If the event type does not imply the injury, then the menu
section Injuries sources will not be available. Go to module and find
the event that you need. Open the Event details by clicking on ID number (for
example ).
- In the Event menu select Reporting –
Injuries sources tab which opens the relevant section.
Clicking on the “plus” will open
the window to select the source of injury from the drop-down list. You may start
typing the source name to facilitate the search. And click on to confirm
your selection.
Selected injury source will appear in the list. You
may select just 1 source at a time, but the button will speed up the process in case there were multiple sources of injury.
