User has to have an Administrator role to customize sections of the
event reporting fields in General Settings for Events module. It applicable for
classifications implying the spill that has in fact happened as opposed to near
misses.
Go to Events – Classifications tab,
select the event classification that implies the spill of certain material (for
example ) and click on it to open details:
Activate the “Spilled material’s information” section
so that it would appear in the Event Reporting section.
While working in module within certain event that corresponds
to the classification “Spill” or any other classification that you have
activated these fields for, go to Reporting tab and within Spilled material’s
information section you may fill up the information concerning the nature and
volume of the material spilled.
