CONFORMiT module Inspections can be used not only for EHS matters, but also for the needs of task-based procedure compliance checklists, verification of the performed work, services or maintenance quality assurance. This is easily achieved by creating relevant inspection Topics (forms) and option to add Media (pictures, scans, etc.) in the mobile App CONFORMiT Control allows to facilitate the process.

  1. First it is necessary to create a relevant form. In the tool bar on the left side of your screen select Topics and click on
  1. A window will open where it’s necessary to type the topic name and choose a picture (if necessary)

·         Click on   . Fill up first section name regarding quality of performed work and start adding questions of this first section by clicking on

It is always possible to delete sections and questions within them by clicking on

·         Type the text of the first question and, if necessary, clarification or instructions info into Additional Information section.

·         Choose associated level – user’s roles that will be authorized (or obligated) to check these questions at the spot (there can be just 1 role or several roles for the same question).   This can be person actually performing the maintenance and filling up the checklist after job is done or an employee of Quality Control or Audit department if it exists within the company.

·         Arrange potential answers to this question as you wish them to be displayed in mobile app of users:  if necessary you may move the with arrows near the response type or by grabbing them in the dotted area with your mouse cursor. You can also decide to make response Not Applicable to be not Active.

You may also rename “Yes”, “No” and “not applicable” responses by typing new wording in a relevant box, for example “Performed”, “Not-performed”, “Materials unavailable”.

·         If it is the checklist each time when the job is done, then the Planning part is irrelevant for such Topic and can be just left blank. If it is a regular quality verification checklist as part of some kind of internal quality control procedure, then a frequency of checking this issue on site and answering the question by a worker with a certain role can be scheduled with two options: Monthly or Weekly. It could be just one role and frequency or you may add several rows with Role and Frequency of inspecting this specific question – which means users associated with these roles with see this part of inspection in their To-Do list on mobile app weekly or monthly as you set it up while creating the form.

·         Continue adding questions and sections of the inspection form. Once the form is up to your standard covering all aspects of the inspection, you will need to and confirm your decision by clicking on In the window that opens up

Once the form is deployed, it’s available to users in mobile app Conformit Control and in case you’ve set up Planning to all or certain questions in the form they will see notification in the App on their device of an inspection that needs to be done.

Please note that once the form is Deployed it cannot be deleted anymore. It is only possible to delete forms that are not deployed yet, although it’s always possible to edit the form for users having this right granted within the software.

·         As our new Quality Control form is created and deployed, employees may now use it as a checklist for verifying quality of performed work, planning corrective measures and as a reminder not to forget certain items in equipment installation or maintenance procedures.

·         Feature of adding pictures may be used also as control tool to see the proof of performed work or condition of the equipment

·         Additional advantage is that summary and details (including pictures) of such checklists or quality control inspections can be easily accessible by management via Inspections list
