How to set up so that only one staff per unit would answer planned questions?

Sections with planning set up for certain roles by default appear
in to-do lists of all users with those roles in all units or in those units
that the form is restricted to (if that is the case).
- In the

find the inspection topic that you wish to specify for certain units. Click on the form in the list to open it.
- In case it’s necessary that inspection points appear for all users with associated roles, leave selection as it is by default
- If you wish that the question with planning would
disappear from planned activity of users with associated role once answered by
someone with same role in their organizational unit, it is necessary to select
units and to deploy the form.
- Select one or multiple units from the drop-down
list in the section above the form to which you wish that this inspection form
would be visible.
- Click on
button to push these changes so that they could be synchronized with the mobile application.
- Once it’s deployed, it will be possible to select the option to be
answered by only one staff per unit
