Workflow may be changed only when the Procedure is on the first stage
and no Status changes have been made yet. That is only if there exist more than
one Workflow for Lockout procedures within the tenant. Once a status change has
been made at least once for this procedure – workflow can no longer be changed.

select the procedure that you wish to work with or
find it in the list if you have just created this new procedure. Use the search
bar to facilitate your search Click on Identifier to open it.

There may exist several Lockout workflows, which
may be selected from the drop-down list and then viewed by clicking on
