Manually input man-worked hours, average
number of workers and, if necessary, worked hours for subcontractors (subcontractor
hours do not affect the Organization statistics, Reports or Dashboards) month-by-month

Keep on filling up hours year after
year for all those years that you wish to see statistics for. If it’s only the
current year, then do not fill up data for previous years. Deleting a row with
the year is possible for the oldest year in the list. For example, to delete
the field for 2016, we need to delete 2015 first and so on. (otherwise,
cumulative hours for several years can’t be calculated if there’s a gap)
To add a previous year go to the bottom
of the list and click on . Adding information for previous years if it was
stored within another system in soft format is a way to avoid the need to store
parts of information and parts of statistics in two different locations: CONFORMiT
and another software “before CONFORMiT”
Usually, Hours worked are being imported via available APIs during the custom data import project, involving IT resources from both sides CONFORMiT and our tenant. That’s when man-worked hours for previous years are being imported as well as information regardingNon-compliances, Incidents, Audits, etc. for previous years if this data is available in the soft format (unless it exists only in the printed, paper format).
