How to populate hours worked for the Unit?

By default, hours worked for the new unit have an option selected to be the Cumulative for all sub-units. When there are no sub-units or hours are being populated in the table manually for each unit (that is if this unit belongs to the type that has function of manually specifying hours enabled in Settings for Unit type). To facilitate the process, they may be input via CONFORMiT available APIs.

  1. Go to    to access your organizational structure and find the unit that you want to input worked hours for
  1. In Hours worked tab by default a function “Cumulative hours” is enabled. In order to specify hours manually select other option “Manually specified hours”

  1. Manually input man-worked hours, average number of workers and, if necessary, worked hours for subcontractors (subcontractor hours do not affect the Organization statistics, Reports or Dashboards) month-by-month starting from the current year.

  1. Keep on filling up hours year after year for all those years that you wish to see statistics for. If it’s only the current year, then do not fill up data for previous years. Deleting a row with the year is possible for the oldest year in the list. For example, to delete the field for 2016, we need to delete 2015 first and so on. (otherwise, cumulative hours for several years can’t be calculated if there’s a gap)

  1. To add a previous year go to the bottom of the list and click on . Adding information for previous years if it was stored within another system in soft format is a way to avoid the need to store parts of information and parts of statistics in two different locations: CONFORMiT and another software “before CONFORMiT”

Usually, Hours worked are being imported via available APIs during the custom data import project, involving IT resources from both sides CONFORMiT and our tenant. That’s when man-worked hours for previous years are being imported as well as information regarding Non-compliancesIncidentsAudits, etc. for previous years if this data is available in the soft format (unless it exists only in the printed, paper format).
