How to edit or update Event information after it was declared via mobile or Web?

Event information can be edited by users that have necessary rights for this within their Role in CONFORMiT software. Contact your company’s software administrator to obtain necessary rights if you don’t have access to edit Event information.

1. Within  module find in the list event that you need to update and click on ID number (for example ) to open the information (use search field or filter tool to facilitate finding necessary event)

1. First section of the information is Summary, where most of fields will be pre-filled according to the information submitted when Event was declared. All this information can be changed or updated, if necessary, since some sections of it go into report.

1. Date and time of event as well as time of declaration may be changed (select date on the calendar and if necessary to change time – click within the field and type the correct time)

1.  If time of the event cannot be determined – select this box 
2. To specify the area where exactly happened the Event – type it in this field:
   

As well as this information is indicated on the map if it was declared using mobile device that has relevant permission given to CONFORMiT Control app.

Map with geographic coordinates is not precise enough to show exact location within the facility itself, therefore it is reasonable to indicate location as described above.
