How to create a CAPA?

Generally, there are two main points of access to the window to create a CAPA – Web interface and CONFORMiT Control mobile application. But within Web interface there are several places in different modules where CAPA can be created.

 

·         When performing an Inspection using CONFORMiT Control on the mobile device, corrective measure window opens each time when a non-compliance response received to the question in the form. Start by clicking on  to open the window to fill up new measure description, add picture or file if necessary, indicate whether this measure is already in place or not, and if not, indicate unit, responsible person and a due date.

    

   

·         In the Web interface within   module there’s a button  that opens a window to fill up relevant information to create it:

·         This same window can be opened in any module using the upper tool bar  sign

·         As well as this window can be open in Inspections module when looking through details of the non-compliance reported within inspection details by clicking on 

·         Within Events module in the left side menu there’s CAPA section, where it’s possible to add measures which will be automatically linked to this Event
