Facts may include other events that may have contributed to the investigated event happening; as well as absence of an action that was required to be performed should also be listed as a fact during the investigation

  1.         Within module find in the list event that you need to update and click on ID number (for example to open the information (use search field or filter tool to facilitate finding necessary event)

  1.        Within left side menu click on the tab Investigation – Facts

 

  1.         By clicking on  we open a window to select the Fact category and then Fact type for the information that we’re planning to input

  1.      Third step is to type description and attach documents or pictures for the Fact that we’re entering.

  1. Once done – click and it will appear in the list of facts and can be accessed from there if needed.

 

  1.         Navigation in this window is possible by clicking on steps
                if necessary to go back and change selection of the Fact category or Fact type.
