How to view data for selected units only on Dashboards?

By default Dashboards show data for all units of the organizational structure. Filters allow to select data for which units will be presented on the graph. Please note that filter settings remain, even if logging out and logging in again. Filter stays until it’s changed or removed by the user. Data exported in Excels tables will also include information for selected units only.

  1. Go to module and select  in the left side menu – all Dashboards from the list present graphs including data from all units of the organizational structure, and some units might be on other pages as well, since they might not fit all into one graph.

 

  1. Click on  and tick the box to add Units filter.                         

                                                     
                                       

  1. Select one or multiple units from the drop-down list for which you want to see the graph. Data for units that were not selected will not be displayed on the dashboard.

                                                                       

  1. Filter applies to all the dashboards that are changed at the same time to reflect the data for selected units only.                   

  1. If you’ll need to go back to all-units dashboards, remove the filter
