How to edit an inspection topic and form?

· In the tool bar on the left side of your screen select Topics , find the one that you wish to modify, and click on if you wish to change the name of the topic.

In the window that opens up type
a new name of the inspection and change picture for pictogram, if necessary,
after that click Edit topic
· Open the topic that you wish to modify:
- Rename, add or delete sections

Change the text of questions,
delete or add them, if necessary, move their position within the section by
grabbing them with cursor and moving to a necessary position in the form

Add or remove associated levels

Move or change Answers
to questions as you wish them to appear in the checklist in the mobile app for
users performing this inspection

Add, delete, or change planning
section by choosing users roles that will be getting notifications in their
task list to verify certain inspection sections on weekly or monthly basis

Once finished with modifying
the inspection form, click on
and confirm your
decision in the window that opens up
In case no major changes have been made or no inspections have been performed with the use of a modified form, a message will pop up informing you about this and asking to confirm form deployment.
Whereas in case inspections have been already performed with the form and some existing questions have been changed, a window will pop up asking to specify whether to apply changes just to next inspections or inspections that have been already carried out and the next ones
