Creating, deleting or editing details of energy isolating devices
requires to have relevant rights within the software for a user. Please refer
to your CONFORMiT administrator if you need to create or edit isolating
devices, but do not see necessary buttons in your interface.
· Go to 
module. This
will open the list of lockout procedures. Then select 
in the right-side menu bar.
· Find the isolating device whose details you wish to
edit in the list (use the search bar if necessary). Open details page by
clicking on the device Identifier in the first column.
· All sections of details may be edited – Identification,
Shutdown instructions, Returning to service, Isolation. Simply scroll down to
the part you need or select necessary section in the right-side menu.
- In case details cannot be
edited, information may be in the Read-Only mode. Therefore, check Actions
button to the upper right corner and select Edit option
- It’s possible to deactivate or add Shutdown
instructions or Isolation instructions. If not applicable these sections need
to be deactivated
- Documents, related to this isolation device (such as manufacturer's certificate, last inspection report, etc.) may be attached in the last section Documents
